Product Shipping Policy

All orders received by 4PM will generally be processed the same business day. Assuming your product is in stock and available, you can expect it to arrive to any Gulf Coast located address within 3-4 business days. We do have shipping available nationwide in the United States. All orders are shipped with UPS Ground. Products that are on backorder or are otherwise unavailable will be communicated to you with options for fulfillment with a different product. Shoe Return Policy

6-month warranty on defects in material or workmanship only!

Our return policy covers shoes bought within 6 months that have a manufacturer’s defect. This does not cover improperly fit shoes. A Defect is defined as a problem in workmanship of the upper, sole, seams, eyelets or any other part of the shoe. Please try on both shoes to ensure proper fit. If there is any question as to fit, please wear them in a carpeted area so as not to soil the shoe or show any wear. A shoe must be in brand new condition in order to be returned or exchanged. Any shoe that is not in brand new condition and has been used in the work place will not be accepted back.
